Who made the perfumes?

All perfumes are manufactured in EU. Everything is born in our Bulgarian based Perfumery House. All MANSOAR products are original, carefully picked, combined, designed and presented from our team with extreme cooperation of famous french laboratories.

Who are MANSOAR?

The name "MANSOAR" - the transforming lake - the lake of immortality was choosen from their owners HANSAS-2001 EOOD in early 1997y and was dictated by the desire and strategy of the company. And the company manage to do it through their perfumes.

How are perfumes made?

Our Eau de Parfum contains up to 20% concentrate, and Eau de Toilet up to 10% concentrate.

• Perfume, also called extract or extrait perfume, can include 15-40% perfume concentrates. This is the purest form of scented product and is the most expensive as a result.

• Eau de parfum contains about 7-15% perfume concentrates. This is the most popular and common form of perfume. It provides a long-lasting fragrance and generally doesn't cost as much as extract perfume.

• Eau de toilette has around 1-6% perfume concentrates. This makes for a light scent that doesn't linger as long as the more intense versions. It was originally intended to be a refreshing body splash to help people wake up in the morning.

Most perfumes contains similar ingredients which are based in the scents so there are always few similar aromas.

We do our best to compare them but make a note that non of our product matches 100% any of the originals. We use same ingredients but not same formula!

What are the ingredients?

All perfumes contains : Alcohol denat, PARFUM(Fragrance), Aqua(water), Ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate, Propylene glycol, Diethylamino hydroxybenzoyl hexyl benzoate, methylparaben, Bht, Butyphenyl, Methylpropional, Limonene, Geraniol, Citronellol, Linalool, Benzyl salicylate, Benzyl Alcohol, Citral. Vol:80%

What is the delivery charge?

UK delivery to mainland only is £5.95 ( restricted to max 4pcs in box from Royal Mail)

If you want to order Bulk we will arrange relevant delivery option and will agree the price for it with you prior shipment.

EU delivery to all European/EEA countries - delivery charge depends and will be confirm after you place your order and agree the cost with you prior shipment.

What is the warranty/guaranties/return policy ?

We guarantee for the quality of our products.

Unfortunately due to a specific of the product (liquid) we could provide limited Return Policy:

REFUND: If you change your mind you could cancel your order prior shipment and we will refund all the money.( give us a call)

RETURNS: If your want to return your item it must be in Original Package, Unopened, Unused, No missing quontity, No marks and at your own expenses (buyer pays return delivery). After inspection of the condition and quantity of received package we will fully refund the cost of the product without any delivery fees.

If you change your mind/not satisfied after receiving the product and the package is open and used you will receive part refund (withour delivery fee), depending on the condition. -10% for open package, -20% for damaged/missing package, -5% per ml missing.
